Cancellation Policy

24-HOUR CANCELLATION POLICY:

If you need to reschedule, modify or cancel an appointment, I require a minimum of 24-hours notice.  Appointments can be rescheduled or canceled directly through Square, or you can call/text (989) 307-9369.  If there is no answer, please leave your information on the voice mail and/or text as proof of your cancellation contact. I do understand that things happen beyond our control and will do my best to accommodate your needs.

My online booking system sends a message to confirm your appointment by email and text 72 hours in advance as well as 2 reminders, 48 and 24 hours in advance.  Appointments must be confirmed at least 24 hours before your appointment time.  Appointments that are not confirmed within 24 hours of your appointment time are subject to be canceled by Pure Skincare & Acne Spa. 

 

Please understand that ultimately it is your responsibility to remember your appointment dates and times to avoid late arrivals, missed appointments and any cancellation fees.

Cancellation fees are as follows: 

  • 24-Hours or more advance notice - no fee.

  • Less than 24-hours notice - 50% of reserved service(s)

  • No notice given (no show) - 100% of the reserved service(s)

Cancellation fees will be sent via invoice and would need to be paid in full before scheduling any future appointments. Clients that do not abide by the cancellation policy will no longer be able to receive services at Pure Skincare & Acne Spa.  

Because Pure Skincare & Acne Spa is by appointment only, your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you and I request that you please respect the cancellation policy.

 

 

LATE ARRIVALS:

If you arrive late, your session may be shortened in order to accommodate others whose appointments follow yours. Depending upon how late you arrive, I will then determine if there is enough time remaining to start a treatment. Regardless of the length of the treatment actually given, you will be responsible for the full session. Out of respect and consideration to me and other customers, please plan accordingly.
