24-HOUR CANCELLATION POLICY:

If you need to reschedule, modify or cancel an appointment, I require a minimum of 24-hours notice. Appointments can be rescheduled or canceled directly through your confirmation email or text from GlossGenius, or you can call/text (989) 307-9369.  If there is no answer, please leave your information on the voicemail and/or text as proof of your cancellation contact. I do understand that things happen beyond our control and will do my best to accommodate your needs. ​

 

Cancellation fees are as follows: 

  • 24-Hours or more advance notice - no fee.

  • Less than 24-hours notice - 50% of reserved service(s)

  • No notice given (no show) - 75% of the reserved service(s) ​

Cancellation fees will be sent via invoice and would need to be paid in full before scheduling any future appointments. Clients that do not abide by the cancellation policy will no longer be able to receive services at Pure Skincare & Acne Spa. ​

DEPOSITS:

1st time clients will be required to pay a non-refundable deposit that will go towards the total cost of your 1st service. The remaining balance will be due after your service is completed. If your appointment is rescheduled 24 hours or more in advance, the deposit is able to be transferred to the new appointment. If you cancel with less than 24 hours notice or no show your appointment, the deposit will be forfeited and a new deposit will be required to book.  For first time clients with giftcards, a deposit is still required to hold the appointment but the deposit will be refunded after your appointment has been completed as long as there is a sufficient balance on the gift card to cover the total service. 

 

LATE ARRIVALS:

If you arrive late, your session may be shortened to accommodate others whose appointments follow yours. Depending upon how late you arrive, I will then determine if there is enough time remaining to start a treatment. Regardless of the length of the treatment given, you will be responsible for the full session. Out of respect and consideration for me and other customers, please plan accordingly.
